Flipkart BIg Fraud -2019 : I have ordered Nikon DSLR D5300 camera from flipkart seller RetailNet . I received the product on 13th April which was damaged and their was no proper packaging of product was done (no bubble polythene for safety found, it may be intransit damage or seller fault) by flipkart. I immediately filed complaint regarding return as the product was under replacement policy but on 14th April they rejected noting seller has rejected . I again made return request and talked to higher authorities of flipkart they assured me that they will replace it as it is under replacement policy but again rejected . 3rd time on 15th April I again raise complaint and notified every thing to them via call to customer care,via email but this time also they rejected. This camera is under replacement policy and seller has provided the replacement policy in case of damaged product then why seller is rejecting ? I got product which was damaged and I immediately raised the issue then why I am suffering mentally and financially when it’s not my fault. Please sir /mam do needful as flipkart has done fraud under easy replacement policy and now they are just not accepting their mistake .
